It's hard to believe that Curtis is 39. It seems like just yesterday we were dating. It's hard to imagine life without each other. This year we decided to take a weekend get away to Charleston to celebrate his 39th birthday. The kids stayed with my sister and enjoyed spending the weekend with their cousins. We stayed at Patriots Point at the Charleston Harbor Resort. It was absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed sleeping in, King Street, and dinner at The Boathouse in Isle of Palms.
Boy how time changes us all. This was Curtis when he was a junior in high school. Don't you just love the mustache and all the hair on his head. Yes, this is a picture of a picture. I could not seem to get my scanner to work tonight!
This was our room that we stayed in Charleston. Isn't it gorgeous. It also had a fake fireplace.
We enjoyed dinner at the Boathouse.
As you can tell all of Curtis' friends came to his party!
The kids wanted to get daddy an ice cream cake for his birthday, so we did! Ethan wanted mommy to give daddy a birthday kiss.
