Dance Machine

Well McKinley just finished her second dance competition.  She did a wonderful job.  She was barely able to finish the day.  At about 4:30 she started complaining with a sore throat and had a fever. She had caught strep throat from me!  Their production number was not supposed to start until 6:00.  She was a real sport and did a great thing for her team.  Even though she wasn't feeling well, she put on that beautiful smile and did her thing.

Early Sunday morning we were at the doctor's office and she is feeling much better now.  She received a platinum award for her solo to "Big Noise" and was also selected as a semifinalist for "Little Miss Dance".  She thought she was hot stuff with her tiara.

All of her small groups got a High Gold award and the Production group got a Platinum Award.  Way to go NMPBA!!!
