Live to Dance

Well dance competition season has arrived!  We just recently traveled to Charleston to the Star Talent competition.  It was very small but all the girls had a blast.  Our girls are so supportive of each other.  We are so glad that our daughter is able to dance with such a sweet group of girls.  When each girl comes off stage the others are there waiting to give them hugs and to tell them how great they did.

McKinley received a Platinum award for her Jazz Solo to Big Noise.  Her tap, lyrical, and jazz production also received platinum awards.  All of their hard work and dedication really paid off. 

In the production number McKinley's group are Barbie's and they each have a Barbie box with their name on it.  The dance is absolutely fabulous.  Hopefully I can get a video at the next competition.

After competition we enjoyed spending the day walking around downtown Charleston.
